WORKSHOP | Metta-Art: Loving Kindness and Watercolors with Kristi Holohan of PAC

Join Pattagansett Art Center and Niantic Yoga for a meditation and creative workshop combination. The group session will begin with the exploration of the radical act of self-love, compassion, and community care through our group loving kindness (Metta) meditation. Sitting, Standing, laying or walking, our session will remove any perceived potential pressure, even for those who have not participated in meditation. This classic meditation session will be followed by a gently guided facilitation incorporating the art of watercolor. Explore color, movement of paint, while we try a variety of techniques and incorporate creativity into our loving kindness meditation. All supplies are included and no experience is needed.
